The statement

This little lady was kicking & screaming until mommy put these fashion plates on.

I am.

Eternity is the living reality of who you are...Wow. That's very layered. So, today in class so much resonated.

Knowing yourself, is Being.

So much is created by my mind or my agreement. To really get that is powerful. For example, Time is a creation. It doesn't really exist. Meaning, it doesn't need to exist for me to be. The past is over, the future will never be, only the present moment is tangible.

It strikes me that the ego (my ego in agreement) created time to have a place to live and be strong. A place where it is the "ACT-or" in control of the meaning. But, in living in the present, there is no time, just what is. "What is" seems far more powerful than what was and certainly than what could be...both of which do not exist.

OK. So, what I am practicing is giving up time in every moment. Staying present to what is and being with it. Being an observer of whatever emotion or thought come in the moment and letting the action be born of the moment.

Whew! "this is gonna be hard"....the first thought and emotion that have popped up...but this is ego. So, I let it go. "This is fun."
